Substance Database

We have tested more than 150 pharmaceutical and neutraceutical compounds obtaining highly standardized concentration-response data.

This allows us to analyze substance effects using methods of pattern recognition. In particular, the response to an unknown new substance can be compared to this database of substance phenotypic profiles. Using our pattern recognition methods, we gain insight into the relevance of individual features for a variety of problems. Additional insights are obtained by testing special in-vitro models, e.g. transgenic or diseased cell lines.
