Biomonitoring with Data Base of Substances Tested with Neuronal Cell Cultures: Antiepileptics, Antidepressants, Anesthetics, and Others

We have tested numerous substances using our standard protocol. This allows us to analyze these experiments using methods of pattern recognition. In particular, the response to unknown new substances can be compared to this database of substances. For each of these substances there are 200 dose response curves available describing every spike train feature. Using our pattern recognition methods, we can gain insights into the relevance of individual features for a variety of problems. Additional insights can be gained by testing special in-vitro models.
