Dr. Olaf Schröder

As the director of NeuroProof GmbH, Dr. Olaf Schröder is responsible for development of the company, operative management, and marketing. He studied mathematics and received a PhD in algebraic geometry from the Martin-Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. After the German re-unification, Dr. Olaf Schröder worked as an independent advisor for several years. Since 1994 he has been working on the development of software with procedures of pattern recognition in his own company PATTERN EXPERT. Dr. Olaf Schröder developed the evaluation procedures of the NeuroProof technology's micro-electrodes array.

Dr. Alexandra Gramowski

As director of NeuroProof GmbH, Dr. Alexandra Gramowski is in charge of the domains research and development. Dr. Gramowski studied biology at Rostock University. During an extended research visit at the Center for Network Neuroscience, CNNS, at the University of North Texas she worked on neuronal cell culture methods. For more than 10 years she has been investigating the influence of substances on the neuronal networks electrical activity, their pharmacological effect and their structural and functional properties.
